Standard Features:

Highly tear resistant, UV-protected, PVC shell:

The system comes standard with an industrial grade, highly tear resistance vinyl shell. This specially formulated fabric allows the system to retract and extend like an accordion.

The highly tear resistance fabric is much stronger than your typical curing blanket material. The seams of our shells are welded, not sewn, to be sure that they last as long as the material itself. Our fabrics are formulated to operate in high temperature steam conditions, as wells as, cold winter days.

Modular in length - flexible operation:

For example, a 200ft long system would consist of 4 x 50ft modules that may be separated and retracted independantly of the others.

Smooth & simple operation:

The system rolls on smooth, high strength aluminum rails and low-friction wheels. All wheels contain high strength, sealed (no greasing/maintenance required), stainless steel bearings.

Lightweight, high strength aluminum structure:

Strong and lightweight components result in easy operation and long life. The vinyl shell (and optional insulation) attaches to a high strength lightweight aluminum rolling structure. The aluminum framework is designed to withstand harsh winters and enable you to combat the difficulties of winter curing with ease.

Simple and easy to operate front and rear rollup doors:

Manually rope operated roll-up doors are easy to operate and reliable for years of worry free operation. The doors are pressed between full-height tube locks and gaskets, on the aluminum structure, to provide a tight seal for the entire height of the aluminum structure.

Repair in-house:

Modular aluminum structure: Structure is bolted together to ensure easy assembly and part replacement.
PVC shell: PVC is easy to repair with either vinyl glue or hot air welder.

The Chamtech Rollcov-R™ does not require greasing or oiling; it is virtually maintanance free. Our very first retractable enclosures are still in operation (estimated 2004). Our first Rollcov-R™ retractable curing enclosure went into operation in the spring of 2006 and has not needed a single part since.
